We collect only what you send us in an enquiry, plus basic server logs. We do not sell your information, use advertising cookies or run tracking pixels. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Who we are
WONDA ("we", "us") is a production company based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and by email, why, who sees it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles as a matter of good practice, and where they apply to us.
What we collect
- Enquiries
- Your name, email address, company, project details and message when you contact us by the website form or by email. The form on this site currently opens a message in your own email app: nothing is sent to us until you press send there.
- Technical data
- Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, which our website host may record in server logs.
- Analytics (only if you accept)
- Anonymised usage data about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, collected through Google Analytics and identified by cookies. See the Cookies page.
- Newsletter
- Your email address and, if you give it, your name, and a record of when and how you opted in.
There are no user accounts or payments on this site.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and there are no tracking pixels.
We do not currently run a newsletter.
How we use it and why
- to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and run projects (needed to deal with you at your request)
- to keep the site secure and working (our legitimate interest)
- to understand which pages are used and improve the site (only with your consent)
- to send you the newsletter (only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time)
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we use to run the site and our business, as needed: our website host, our email provider
Overseas disclosure
Some of our providers store or process information outside Australia, for example in the United States. If you press play on an embedded video, YouTube (Google) or Vimeo will receive your request.
Cookies, storage and embedded video
Our own code sets no cookies. It uses your browser's session storage for two small things, remembering the position of the work wheel and whether you closed the case study panel, which are cleared when you close the tab.
YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com, and Vimeo videos with do-not-track on, only after you press play. Links to Instagram leave this site. Details are on the Cookies page.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while they are relevant to a project, then deleted. Enquiries that did not proceed are kept for up to 12 months. Records of paid work are kept for 7 years for business and tax purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@jameswajura.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually within 30 days.
Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and we will also remove you if you email us.
You can change your analytics choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Data breaches
We keep personal information secure and limit who can access it. If a breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will act quickly to contain it, notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required, and take steps to prevent it happening again.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Complaints
Please contact us first and we will try to resolve your concern. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the OAIC at www.oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example if we add a newsletter or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
